Proposed Build - Suggestions or Comments?

I'm new to PC building, this is the build I am considering:

Can anyone see any problems with this, or have any suggestions before I make the purchases?

What was your plans for the computer?
What was the budget?
And I don't see a video card.

No budget as such, just want the best value I can get.

Mainly will be using this for Flash and web design, some 3D modelling etc.

Didn't intend on getting a video card right away, think it'd be necessary? I don't intend to be playing games, but I'd like the option to add a graphics card at a later date if I ever wanted to.

A video card will be necessary nless you get a motherboard with onboard video.

Ok, I'd presumed that the motherboard I chose had onboard video.

Finding a motherboard that supports quad core had been the trickiest part because I don't want too spend much on it seeing as I don't intend on overclocking.

Would this one work well with the build?

Finding a motherboard that supports quad core is easy. Get a gigabyte DSR or DSL. Those both support quad. DSL is about 100 bucks.

Added to that, its an mATX mobo. why get a micro ATX motherboard?

Finding a motherboard that supports quad core is easy. Get a gigabyte DSR or DSL. Those both support quad. DSL is about 100 bucks.

Ebuyer didn't have any Gigabyte motherboards that both supported quad core and had onboard VGA, other than the mATX one I mentioned.

Would it matter that it's mATX, or will I need an ATX?
