I recently had a fluctuating power problem and I'm in need of replacing my PSU. My old one had been an Aspire 520W (Newegg.com - APEVIA ATX-AS520W-BK ATX 520W Power Supply 115/ 230 V CB IEC 950/ TUV EN 60950/ UL 1950/ CSA 950 - Retail)
and it worked fine until the fluctuating power problem burnt it out.
My build is pretty simple, and I don't overclock. I have a few fans in my build, which is:
AMD 3200 2GHz
MSI K8N Neo4-F
6600GT
80Gig Seagate
1Gig ram

it's not too needy in power but I don't want to underpower it. I also want it to be stable and last a while, and I'm looking to spend under 60$ including shipping.

I've been looking at
Newegg.com - Antec earthwatts EA380 ATX12V v2.0 380W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, FCC, TUV, CE, CB, C-tick, CCC - Retail
Newegg.com - Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC ATX 430W Power Supply 115/ 230 V - Retail

would those work okay?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you
