Only thing i'm afraid of with these chips is that they will be motherboard limited due to the low multi and already high FSB they come with.

they look great but my q6600 allready kills it, my cpu score is in the upper end of 5000 whil its at 2900 for the highest model. i am exited to see the new q series of chips tho.

ooh i just realised they oced it to 4.3ghz, now im really exited to see what teh quads can do, and i willl definatly be over clocking.

the q9650 did extremely well like 4.0ghz range on AIR COOLING, I hope AMD can pull something like that... (i doubt it tho.. its gotta be a whole new architecture again then..)

they just need to fix there erata bug, but they wotn be hitting 4ghz anytime soon, but im betting they will be hitting like 3.6ghz with the 9900 model and teh fx, but thats about it, amd neeeds to pick up there socks and make a chip that will compete.
