Windows Server 2003 internet connection problem

I just tried uninstalling utorrent and then restarted the machine.Now the internet works. It doesn't make any sense, but at least the problem has been solved. Hopefully I won't have any more problems.

Lets test the connection.

Go to command prompt and type in: ipconfig
What's the output?

Also, try pinging your gateway IP. Any response?
What does the server 'serve'? webpages? email?

Can you be more specific with 'won't connect'. What is the error message you're getting?

The issue was resolved already. uTorrent caused it.
