Overclocking Tools - Required

I still havnt found a better tool than speedfan to change my CPU fan speed. (although it does say that a certain area of my case is running at
-128*c lol)

I just use my fan speed controller as my case on supports 80mm fans they get noisy and my zalman is really noisy on full, my Athlon 3800+ X2 idles at 27 degrees with fans on low
