Try running the MoBo out of the case, something could be shorting out the memory slots... Or so I just figured out. :)

Removed the mobo, now the ram slot that I thought was broken runs flawlessly.

Stop being an a-hole. He posted his solution because many people view these forums, more guest than registered user viewing infact. So stop telling him what to do, you disappoint me.
