umm 400fsbX9 is 3.6ghz which prolly wont be stable at 1.36 volt.
I had to get mine around 1.47volt to get it 3dmark stable at 400 fsb.

I ran 3.6ghz at 1.35v without any issues. Wasnt prime stable but didnt crash.

i couldnt run 3dmark stable with such a low volt, i guess my chip isnt good. Well running my pc at 3.2 for daily use, which good enough.
i havent reall played high end games since i got my q6600 which is wierd.
i just play a lot of madden.

Well you did say that your VID was 1.3 right? Mine is 1.2 so in theory mine requires less voltage to run at stock which in turn would give me lower voltage at overclocked speeds.

If i went to 425x8 which makes 3.4ghz, what would my voltage be? How much do you raise it by each time to test it?

It's all relative to the chip and motherboard. Basically just test, if it fails, step the voltage up a notch, repeat until satisfied with the stability.
I have had mine as high as 4.1ghz at 1.55v which surivived 3dmark06 but was by no means stable and actually caused me to lose points on my score.
