"Warning! CPU has been changed."

I just finished my build and I get this message at the POST screen:

"Warning! CPU has been changed. Please re-enter CPU settings in the CMOS setup and remember to save before quit."

I have a AMD X2 6400+

I have tried reseting Bios and the Cmos but nothing happens. I also upgraded the Bios to revision 1503.

This only started happening a few days ago.

Any suggestions would be great.

Change out your battery on the mobo? It might be going bad on you. What kind of mobo is it?

It's a M2N32-SLI deluxe

Are you talking about the CMOS battery?

Ya if the battery is not holding the cmos settings it will give some generic error that you need to update your cmos settings.
