DX10 in XP?

what about DirectX9L? I cant seem to download it anywhere. 9L is basically 9c on XP, but a "9c version" that Vista can better recognize. Therefore, i believe, better gaming.

yes that is supposed to be the DX9 that Vista uses, i mentioned this long ago whne ppl were saying dx10 on xp was called DX9L. also 9L (codename Longhorn(read That somewhere)) sux because it has compatability issues with some dx9 games and lower such as dx 5 6 7 and 8.

i hear sp3 of windows xp will have dx10 support.

That would be nice.

Vista is bleh... I think that sums up what almost everybody has to say about it, haha.
