thanks to Nukem for that pic, I was going to use the AMD Build but then I heard there not up to par with Intel on the Core2Duo so went Intel

could be cool but I cant order from Newegg since im in Canada and they dont ship here dirty *****es.

ah, does club it ship to canada?

Just look around for like 50 bucks more u can get a quad core and not only make your system a bit better but it future proofs it a bit also. something u seem intrested in doing.

whats the plus side of a Quad Core though compared to a Core2Duo...and will I have to buy a special version of XP to run it?

Im thinking going XP Pro

wont be Vista but it will be XP Pro at least 2gb of ram 2 Cores for sure since I run Folding@Home all the time as a service.

With Nvidia's current offerings I would not even think of picking up a GTX unless I had money to burn. You'll need a good size monitor if you want to use it to its full potential. G92 8800 GTS is the way to go. Consider grabbing a 500gb 7200.11 32mb cache seagate instead of two 250's
