Micro-ATX --->Which One?

I have good air circulation in my Mozart since there are 10 120mm fans in it. I will have a ZEROtherm BTF90 for the cooler and will add a 80mm fan for the rear exhaust. I had this cooler on my Q6600 and 3.3GHz is about max for this cooler to keep a quad under 55c. This is the reason I know 3.6GHz will not be possible not to mention the micro board. I won't have the room for a TRUE due to the room on the other side of my case. I am leaning toward the ASUS micro since my other board is an ASUS Maximus Formula and I like the Bios options on these boards. Great for OC'ing.

So what kinda power am I looking at to run a micro board? I only need to run the board, cpu fan, HDD, and DVD. No other fans, video card, or anything else. I could run the DVD and HDD from my 1000w PSU I have the other board running on.
