gigabyte p35-ds3l
c2d e6650 @ 2.33ghz
evga 7600gt
corsair xms2 2x1gb

im thinking i should upgrade my card?
i have $200 to spend, possibly more...
i would like it to be on NCIX.com - Buy Video Cards In Canada., because its close to me so i dont need to ship

In your price range you may want to look for a HD3870... I THINK they are right around your budget. But the 3 series ATi cards are not well known to me yet. Either that or a 8800gt. You could get a 256mb edition for that price too.

whats an e6650?? but I agree.. the video card is the weakpoint of that build.

He means e6550. And yeah, just look for deals and in order of preference:

8800GT 512mb
3870 512mb
3850 512mb
8800GT 256mb

even though stock vs stock the 8800GT will be faster in 80% of games out there at 1280x1024 and below, I just can't recommend anything 256mb anymore. It's just not enough memory.
