I already have a case, fans, hard drives, vid. card, sound card, etc.

I'm upgrading from a s939 AMD 3700+ w/ 1 gig of RAM

looks good.. I would have recommended the Abit Ip35-e because its the same but cheaper and looks better, but they are out of stock, but otherwise only thing I recommend:
