Power supply question

For power supplies with one fan (especially the 120mm that I keep seeing)...do they require a case with a 120mm hole at the top (when the power supply is at the top of the case?) Thanks in advance.

hmmm, I thought you can just mount it upside down, not sure though

Fat.Clown is right... you mount the PSU with the fan facing downward towards the inside of the case... it will draw out the air thru the PSU and out the back, helping airflow.

Thanks. I wasn't sure you could just throw it in there upside down. I appreciate the help.
