Hi, you should find out how much AMPS are on your power supply rails

You can have a 10,000 watt powersupply but if it doesn't provide enough current to run your GPU, it will never be sufficient enough to run it nor will it run it.
So it would help if you let us know how much Amperage your 12V rails supply. and How many rails it has. These can be found in the PSU itself, should be a sticker or some form of text in the PSU's outer casing.

Any 400+ watt PSU should be fine for that card, it barely drains anything even at 100% load.
