Looks like a great build, but buying XP at this point in time is a bit of an odd move.

agreed, unless you're getting it for like 30$ >.> to each his own.

xp is priceless for me, i tried windows vista ultimate once, was less responsive, and i couldnt get the network setup. bad first experience for me. also the confirming windows ie. opening up control panel, it asks u if ure 'sure' u want to access this feature etc etc got on my nerves lol. cheers all, looks like ill go thru with my new, revised build now

you can turn off UAC easily >.>

but xp's fine
