Dual 7800GTs

I have one 256MB 7800GT currently, and am going to get a video upgrade with my Christmas money. Would a second 7800GT be a good choice, or should I get a single newer card? Perhaps two new lesser cards? I would probably spend around $200.

you can get a 8800GT for nearly $300...it'll be better than those 2 cards put together..


or heck..you can still get a 2900Pro 512MB for $160 from newegg...just flash it to XT BIOS and you have an awesome card for uber cheap. or the new 3870's are going for $250.

2900pro would be a better choice than 3850 if you had the PSU to do so... its exactly like a 2900xt, and even if you needed help installing a 2900xt bios, i could help you do so as i used to own one!
