Looking for a nice mobo under $100

I want to get a better motherboard than a ECS 671T-M.. but I want it to still be able to be able to use my DDR2 667 pc2 5300 RAM sticks. I don't plan on doing SLI and I'm aiming for less than a hundred bucks. Any good suggestions? Is this good? I have been thinking about getting this one.

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail and the Abit IP35-E are both great boards, and cost between $90-$100... for some reason the IP35-E isn't on newegg atm?

I don't think it supports DDR2 667mhz PC2 5300 though. I only plan on getting a new mobo.

Dang, i was gonna suggest the ds3l too. I have the DS3R which is the raid version and is only about 129, but both versions are great boards.

go for the DS3L, I personally had a bad experience with the IP35-E from Abit, so I can't vouch for that mobo, however I can vouch for the Gigabyte.
