Try setting your fan speed to 100% using either nTune or Rivatuner.

Cool thanks for that link, I'll look into it more.
My fans are all max speeds right now.
Hopefully when I get my Antec 900 it'll also help reduce the temps.

my ASUS card ran at like 55+C idle and would get into the mid-upper 80's when loaded.
crashed a few times, too.
my EVGA card runs 43ish idle, and loads out at about 70. i havent put AS5 on it yet. never crashes.
some 8800gt's just run hotter than others.
i'd consider RMAing it if possible.
