Removing missing programs?

Hey all,

I have two programs listed in the Add/Remove utility (Windows XP) that I need to get rid of.

Neither of them is present on the computer, but I cannot figure out how to remove them from the list.

One gives me an error due to a file missing from a directory on the C drive. Turns out this directory doesn't exist, nor is the program anywhere to be found.

The second asks me to insert a disk into a flash drive as if it were installed on that drive.

edit:
Almost forgot...I ran the Windows Install Clean Up utility and it did not see either entry.

Any ideas as to how I can get rid of these entries?

Try a registry cleaner first, then try again..
Regseeker is one.

Then post a hijackthis log if it fails.

Still no luck. I get the same error trying to uninstall it within RegSeeker.

It's not a huge issue as the program isn't malicious or anything. It just annoys me that it's in the ladd/remove list and I can't get rid of it.
