Vista size?

Is there a partitioning tool that works with vista 64 yet? I may just go make it bigger. I should have made it larger at first but many have made theirs only 40 -50 so I thought I would try it.
Would this work?
I get another hard drive, clone the partition of vista and put it on the new hard drive?

Well, you could never go wrong with partitioning it too big. But too small, you can get screwed over.
