No it isnt. Puerto Rico is. Cuba is one as well i think. The reason i say that is because i can travel to Puerto Rico without a passport. But i were to travel to Canada i would need it. That just shows that Canada is not a terrority of the USA. You are on the same continent as us yes. But you are not a terrority of us. You dont use the same currency nor do you use the same units of measure.

Mak, I was talking about Puerto Rico. I'm not that stupid. I know Canada is not a US territory. What I was saying is, maybe that's why you can get it in Puerto Rico - because they are a territory.

And Cuba is not a territory; they are pretty much our enemy with Fidel Castro as their dictator leader. We have had trade sanctions against Cuba since 1962. It is illegal to even sell or buy Cuban cigars here.
