you can just do the conductive pen mod to get it to 1.55V
that should give you room to get a nice overclock

to unlock the pipelines, I am pretty sure it can be done in rivatuner. No need to flash its BIOS.

I was able to get a 7900 GT to 1.68V using a Zalman VF900 (with the full 24 pipelines)
got the thing to 750MHZ

idk.. we'll see what happens... right now, we're just at the Barebone stage, all we got to do is decide Board, CPU, RAM and PSU

get s939, since you wont have to spend a lot. the lock on oc is a bummer, but you will still have a way better pc than your current one.
