Need 2GB RAM for around $50 (2x1)

I have these.

they are really good. I have them overclocked to 876mhz right now on stock voltage and timings, and my cpu is OCed to 3.5ghz.

Well I got the RAM in today, put it in, and it doesn't fit. Stupid me forgot all about how to buy memory. I need plain old DDR400 PC3200 RAM. Already sent it back for refund, but **** is there any of the RAM I need for under $100? I'm starting to lean towards just upgrading the motherboard and chip now, it would probably be more cost effective than staying with this setup and pretty much maxing out its potential with a 8800GT and 3gb RAM. What do you all think I should do? I'm at a crossroad here.

i was at the same road like 2 months ago with my socket 939 rig, but now i upgraded to AM2, and couldn't be happier. I'm playing games like crysis now, and my pc is way faster with a dual core. Besides ddr ram is expensive. Before, all ram used to be expensive too. Now you can find 2gigs of ddr2 800mhz ram for under $50, so its too good to pass up. Finding a nice cheap mobo and cpu will be easy too.
