Really need help for a CPU upgrade

well, that mobo is fairly cheap as far as decent mobo's go... its about 100 bucks less than the leading ones.

its got some great reviews and newegg customers seem to love it it would match the cpu.

i personally have the m2n32-sli deluxe version, all in all, its about the same thing... just without some little extra features.
