Thats what you need to worry about. What you need to worry about is/are the games that will utilize it..

It has an integrated physics processor i think.

PhysX is a standalone card. It should work fine with any graphics. As mentioned above, its a waste of money.

physX is suppoted on everything above the 7600 gs

I am not sure that your going to see a huge benefit most will only run at 8x and not 16x correct me if I am wrong but probbably not worth that much money unless you already have a card you want to use for that.
