Ok well my heater isnt working at my apt and its like 20F outside right now, and around 55F inside, guess what im going to do this weekend.

I set the CPU to 1.7V to get it at that speed stably.
my watercooling kept Core #0 under 50ºC, and core #1 stayed in the low 40's

I pushed the CPU to 3495MHZ, but it got a BSOD during the second CPU test

I think I'll try undervolting it, and burning it in for a while

now got both cores at 100% load, at 1.375V, 3.0GHZ
core #0 is around 28º, barely touching 30ºC
core #1 is at 24º

Yep, I like my watercooling.

it's running stably (prime95) at 1.275V, 3GHZ (stock = 1.4V)

hey apok, since your and amd fan, why dont you go ati crossfire?
sell the gt and gts and you could get a crossfire setup for that same price...

you should be able to get to about 19k on 3dmark...maybe more since you got a wc rig.

once you get everything you gotta tell me how you like the 3870's. i might, depending on what i end up with for a mobo, get either a 3870 for xfire with my 3850 or just go with one 3870

If you're going to crossfire, I'd strongly recommend two of the same card
