Well I'm really disappointed as my Alienware laptop is only just shy of 2 years old and has already died on me. The battery lost all its charge, and plugging the power adapter into the laptop did not light the LED lights that it was being charged. I tried a new AC adapter and that wasen't, but one day I noticed that if you hold the power connector firmly into the laptop it will charge. Figuring something was wrong with the flow of the current(a wire snapped or something) I opened her up to find that the circuit board just under the part where you insert the AC adapter looks burnt out. By that I mean parts of it are black and such, this part is farily small as it disconnects from the motherboard, is there anyway to fix this? Or buy another one? (for the black part look at the bottom right part of the picture, see the screw hole? now look just above it)
