I want to stay away from OCZ because of ripple. And the 520HX only supplies 40 amps and it's like $112 ($90-something with mail-in-rebate, but I don't like MIRs) The price difference is not that great. I'm just saying that, if I'm willing to pay $130 for a power supply, what should I be getting? The Antec Neopower seems pretty good to me. 650 watts, modular, 57 amps, triple rails and it's Antec... Like, I really don't want to worry about power supply for a long while, and leave tons of options, I might get multiple HDDs and optical drives in the future, maybe even SLI 9 Series and octo-core, god only knows...

uhh.. noooo... it's 54A on paper, but only supplies 40A continuous, I've looked into this in great detail. It only uses up two rails and a partial amount of the third rail to achieve a max of 40A. I think it's because it's based on the same platform as the 620HX or it's to increase efficiency in some way, I'm not entirely sure.
