front USB very slow

So on my case I have two front USB, they both used to work fine, but now my right one is very slow, slower than USB 1.1. I tried to blow in it see if there is nay dust or anything but is still very slow. I have all drivers/updates installed. This used to work but now it doesn't (at least that fast) What else am I missing here?

Follow the FP to the motherboard. Reconnect those cables, it may be loose.

checked the cables and they are all in one plug taped together and they are both looking tight.

Now the second started acting the same way. It's even worse, the USB devices will flicker on and off, I can't make a single transfer. All my other back USB ports work fine, I checked the cables to the front and they are snug. The case is only 3 months old, what is wrong?

Yea, I think those cables might be damaged or broken. Try to plug something in and wiggle it abit.

yeah, I think the cables are damaged. Is there any way I can I buy replacements?
