All the ones recommended so far are decent (except I've never heard of that Enermax C3030), though if you go much cheaper than these... you'll probably get a flimsy, crappy one.

i vote centurion 5.
the front vents will make a big difference in air flow if you throw some fans up in there.
i have a good rosewill case, and i built my moms office/killer gaming rig (lol) with the centurion 5. i wish i had given her mine.

Xion Solaris.... .. the egg has um 39.99... goooooddd cooling... I just built a C2D rig with a rosewill heatsink ( the $10 one) and my idle temps are 28-29C and under load I hit about 42-45c... ITS AMAZING!
