I would. Your stuff is pretty good as it is. You could try and sell your gts and if you can get a good amount then buy a gt. That would give you a little boost for little cost.

Alright, its been a few months. Is my PC still pretty powerful by today's standards?

I really want to upgrade my PC but I only want to do so if I am going to see a dramatic difference. Is now the time to upgrade a quad core and more ram or should I wait a little longer?

a quadcore is being sold by nosboost for 220 in the buyselltrade forum. You could sell the gts and get a 512gts or gt. The rest is pretty much good

nvidia 9 series is coming out soon though I don't about the higher end versions. Since your still pretty well off I would wait a little bit longer.
