What cpu fan would you recommend?

I need a new Fan + Heatsink for my 2500+ becuase i want to OC it what would you recommend please

The Zalman is for quiet, ThermalTake is for OC'ing.

I have ordered a ThermalTake Jet -7 for my XP2500+, i'll tell you how it goes, hopefully get it tomorrow.

thanks my mobo lets me clock it at 3200+ but it cuts out so tell me how it goes

Erm

Erm that heatsink fans max RPM is 2400 the stop heatsink fan runs around 3300 ?? slower the fan the more heat.

I run a Volcano 12 that runs at 6000 rpm and is quiet noise but keeps the pc cool.

I think you might be mistaken, Cooler Master make the Jet 7's

IMO the Volcano 12 would be ideal for overclocking your Athlon
