Uninstall probs

Hey guys ,
I purchased Guitar Hero 3 and I had a different version of it installed when i try to uninstall it it says corrupt blablbla and when i put the CD in it tries to access the folder it was installed in. Is there a tool out there that i can completely remove the Game with ?

Didn't know they released that for PC, I thought it was 360/wii/PS3 only...
