I like the inputs/outputs as well as the lan and optical in/out for audio.

The price seems good.

The price looks about right. I will be running my 8600gts on this thing. The case I bought comes with a seemingly good psu (450W) I think. I will worry about ram/other stuff later.

What do you think of the mobo/cpu combo?
Can I do better for about the same amount of $$$?

If you plan on overclocking that's a very good combo. You might want to consider a different video card if you are a gamer though.

I have that MB and I love it. The layout is great. I haven't had a problem since.

I do plan on overclocking, I'm not really that much into gaming so the 8600gts which I already own will do just fine.
