I recently bought a wirefree Lexmark x4550 printer and when trying to load the software it goes so far then I get the not verifyed for Windows XP logo then my laptop ( Acer aspire 5630 ) goes into the blue screen of death and saying the disc with fat32 has to be checked after this has finished the computer reboots with part of the software installed, I tried loading it onto my desktop PC with no probs at all.
Am I doing some thing wrong or is there some file missing from the laptop, please can anyone help.
