From the looks of it, yes.

Not sure about the 8x 8x. All I've seen are 16x 4x.

The E2180s are always M0, but I've seen the others do quite well, without the M0 stepping.

ya I knew that one... same with the e4500 and e4600, also the e2140 and e2160 does as long it was manufactured after July 22nd

When I was writing this list, I had overclocking in mind. And most of the parts you see on this list, (ex. Motherboard, RAM, CPUs) are overclocking parts. I think most will agree.

I think you should take the MSI P35 Plat out of the Recommended MID-end/budget parts and add the Newegg.com - MSI P35 Neo2-FR LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail but keep the P35 Plat in the Recommended HIGH-end/budget parts.
