I love looking at case modifications and I happened to stumble across this while searching for pc mods on youtube. It's a liquid-cooled pc... but not just a regular liquid cooled pc. This one is submerged in the liquid.

I thought it was pretty awesome, and I'm inspired to do one myself :). I wonder what kind of temperatures this guy is getting?

If anyone else knows of a really cool extreme mod or build, please post a link.

I read the full build log of one of these a while back. The problem with them is that once the oil heats up, so do all the components.

Yeah I figured there would be problems with the oil heating up but what if you somehow hooked up a pump and radiator to circulate the fluid out of the case and cool down? Do you think that would keep temps steady?

lol good point. In theory, wouldn't any non conductive liquid work? Couldn't you just dump in tons of liquid coolant, as that is suppose to be non conductive?

wow that is sweet

"Hey nice aquarium, wats in it?"

"Oh that'd be my custom built supercomputer designed by nasa"

"whoa..."
