Which motherboard to buy with P35 NB

I am looking at a board for under 100 for a C2D.
The ones I am looking at our the Gigabyte p35-gs3l or something like that and the Abit IP35-E. Also has anyone heard anything about the Abit IP35V?

Both those boards are highly recommended. You can't lose with either, or
