I was wondering whether I should go with an ati x1950 pro 256 or 512 mb card or xfx's nvida 7950gt 512 mb card. I am planning to eventually get a 8800gts 320 mb card and if it matters I am getting an sli supported motherboard for the computer I am building so if I wanted to I could eventually go sli with another 7950gt ofcourse I would have to upgrade to better power supply then I'd imagine (my case is coming with a 500 wat psu). Here a link to the xfx card.

Newegg.com - XFX PVT71JYPF4 GeForce 7950GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

The HD3850 is on par with the 8800GTS 320MB and should be only about $180.

The card should work on standard PCI Express x16 slots as well.

Also, the 8800GT smashes both the 3870 and 8800GTS 320MB, and is cheaper than the 8800GTS also.

I pretty much wouldn't even consider the 8800GTS an option until the revised 512MB card comes out.

one word....sweet!!....getting a 8800gt 256 mb or 512 mb card. Thanks
