What motherboard is the best if you don't overclock or use SLI?

I'm just looking for a motherboard that is very high quality but I don't overclock or use SLI you guys have any ideas for me? My CPU is a Intel Q6600 and ram is Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model BL2KIT12864AA804 - Retail

How dare you even suggest "not overclocking". If you arent going to overclock, you can pretty much buy whatever the cheapest board you can find with the options you want. DS3L is still a high quality board and is fairly inexpensive.

I would suggest a Gigabyte DSxx. Motherboards these days aren't really made to not overclock...lol...nor are other components for that matter.

yea but I have a Q6600 B3 stepping, how much would that even go?

Depends on your cooling solution. You can still easily get up into the 3.0-3.2 range on air.

I would be happy with just 3.0 would I see a huge increase in performance from stock? Sorry I never overclocked before.
