Well considering i sanded off the numbers on my q6600 i dont need to fry it. Had it up to 3.9ghz at lunch, was idling at 54c

IT would be absolutely, extremely impressing if you can run SMP folding on those settings. Stable that is..

I ran folding for 1 hour without errors...then quit and played UT3 Will do further testing overnight.

Try a minimum of 5 Work units.
I hold myself to the same standards.

I usually don't bother doing excessive stress testing until I have found the absolute limit of my chip...and that won't happen until I get some more WC stuff.

Highest has been 74c load on one of the cores, and for all my e-peen macho just do-it talk.... I'd rather not have it running for an excessive period of time like that.

Just have to wait for my paypal funds to withdraw into my bank acct, then I can pay off my credit card and buy some WC things. Just a few days
