Some comments on your build:

-That mobo is not ideal for clocking a q6600, I recommend looking at the P35 chipsets

-The 8800GT is a much better then the rev.1 8800GTS....take a look at them

-That Zalman cooler is not ideal for clocking quads, I would look at a Tuniq Tower or Thermalright Ultra-120+120mm fan

Thats about it...the rest of the build looks great. And at this point in time I recommend getting Vista 64 Home Premium. You will be able to play games in DX10 and 64 bit will allow you to upgrade to 4gb memory in the future, should you need it.

the 520hx can handle SLI no problem...best to stick with that and save some money.

However, you will need a SLI board to go SLI...and I don't really recommend the 680i or 650i.

Best to stay with a single card setup...in the future if you want more power just sell your 8800GT on ebay and buy whatever is better. The 9-series nvidia will be out next year and the ati 3870x2 is looking mighty fine as well.

And which CPU cooler did you decide to go with?

Newegg.com - Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU cooler, What fan do you recommend for it?, says it dont come with one @.@
