Exiting from Fullscreen to Desktop

Hi everyone! I hope you can help me out on this one.

Whenever I play a game and want to quickly go out of fullscreen mode to the desktop, my mouse disappears. So basically I can't do anything anymore. Well that's it, hard to find anything related on Google, so I hope someone can help me out here, it's really annoying.

ps. If I go to the Task Manager and use my keyboard to get back into the game it sorta freezes there and doesn't allow me to go back.

That is because the mouse is still in game mode. Have to exit out of the game. Then your mouse will return to yoru desktop.

That is the adverse affect of trying to mutli task. I dont think there is a way to fix it. Just ahve to either play the game or work on your desktop. I have not seen anything to fix this.

But it worked all along. Only since today it has been like this.

Have you tried to restart the machine? Have you isntalled any new drivers or apps?
