Before I Buy This Can You Check It Out?

SLI is the use of 2 nvidia video cards. Its only really beneficial when using 20" or bigger monitors. FSB is front side bus, and is the main control of your computer. Memory runs at 2x the FSB and cpu's run at 4x the speed of the FSB. Yes, surf this forum for a good week or 2 before you order, you'll learn a lot.

Striker is overkill and close to 300 bucks. The evga 680i board is more than enough for SLI. Also, as im currently running SLI, a single GT card is more than enough, so i would advise sticking to a single GT and a p35 board. The abit you linked earlier is a good board to go with.

the eVGA 680I is nothing more than arebranded motherboard with eVGAs name on it.

Striker extreme is prolyl the best 680I board but all 680I boards lack what the P#5 chipset has.

the ip35-e: lack of heatpipe, RAID and 4 SATA Ports
ip35: all the features that the IP35-e has and has the missing ones fixed
pro: has GURU utility, all solid state capacitors + Ip35

those are the differences, so if u step down to the regular IP35.. ur not losing much..

I dont see why you guys always suggest the ABIT IP35 Pro over the P5K Deluxe
