Keyboard Error

I have a Pavilion XL828 desktop. I cannot get keyboard to work. Receive Error 0211: Keyboard Error and Error 0210: Stuck Key FF. Can anyone help me with this? I've tried several things and still can't get it to work. I'm using Win XP Prof.
