Strange problem(coprocessor)

Hey guys here is my issue..when i go under device manager and go to other it shows coprocesser and has an exclamation mark by it ..when I go to properties it says the drivers for this device are not installed and the device is not functioning properly so I go to re install the drivers and I select search auto and it finds nothing..i even tried going to the computers website but no luck

What does this mean and what should I do..

your laptop's BIOS needs upgrading. however, do try to right click that co-processor and click install drivers. i hope it will work.

ok so I did try every way to upgrade it ..right click everything..I know how to enter my bios but how do i upgrade it?
