Ram clock problem

Simple question. I have ram. Its DDR400. My last ram was DDR400. The new ram is running at 333mhz instead of 400.

I went into bios and I can't adjust any clock settings.

So what do I have to do?

This is a new set (I only have two slots). The old one ran fine. This new set is running in 333mhz. I've checked and its definitely supposed to run at 400mhz.

Can't anyone help I can't imagine this being too hard of a problem.
