Nortons Ghost 2k3 - extracting selected files

I am currently backing up a hard drive with Norton's Ghost 2003 (from Norton's Utilities 2003).

Is there any way that I can extract cetrain files or directories from that Ghost Image as I know that I will not been needing the entire image after I am done.

And i can I do it with out blowing away entire partitions on hard drives.

yes there is a program in the full version of ghost that lets you delete, restore, and add files to the ghost images. it's called Ghost Explorer. here's some info on it:
