Thinking of switching to crossfire from sli

All p35 boards are 16x/4x when they have multiple pci-e. Same with x38. I'll probably just sell off one of my GT cards, sell my other GT thats coming from my stepup and buy new bowling balls.

You could make money if you were to sell your video cards and motherboard and were to buy a set of 3870's and a motherboard, me thinx. and you'd have very similar performance

hed probably have better performence, if he got a 38x mobo, unless he uses AA in his games, but most people dont, i kno i dont, unless im not playing native resolution.

I seem to recall that X38 are 16x/16x, or atleast mine is suppose to be.

ya the x38 boards are suposed to be 16x on both slots, or else there wouldnt be a point to the x38 now would there.

I think the IP35 Pro supports Crossfire, but the second slot runs in 4x.
